[glow=CC0066,4,450]-She scurries about the room she'd been given, picking up the things that she had bought and those that she had unpacked tucking some into her cloak and others into saddle bags which held much more than they appeared to at first. Moving quickly she took the dagger she'd purchased and placed it in a leather sheath removing from the sheath a dull dagger and wrapping it in cloth she placed that in a saddle bag. She tucked the new one into her cloak which seemed to have a never ending supply of pockets and then she gatrhered up her saddle bags and prepared to leave-[/glow]

Djoser walked into the room slowly and smiled weakly. "I see you're all set to leave the palace. I just packed my bags as well. As you know, I renounced my throne and now...my Crown Regent gets his shot at royalty. I seriously doubt he'll make mistakes." he said quietly. "I'll be off then..." he said with finality and walked out, never to be seen in Alexandria again.

[glow=beige,2,300]Raigi was suddenly perched in the glassless window. He was smiling, something large wrapped in cloth was strapped to his back. "Hey there! Shall we be going? Are you excited? I'm excited! I hope you like traveling with me. I'll be sure to make you laugh if you're ever down!" he said playfully, then leaped out again.[/glow]
((he's a playful ole chap, but terribly dangerous fighter and foe. not good to get on his bad side, that i shouldnt.))

((o.0 I got left behind.))
She stood by the door, watching everyone scamper. She had been in a sort of daze for a while now. Taking out a dagger she walked away, slowly walking outside. The pain needed to be ended, for she ahd felt it to long now. Taking the dagger she held it at her wrist, slicing herself open to watch the blood. Of course she didn't open a vein just yet, she wanted to experience the pain those feel before they die

[glow=CC0066,4,450]-She too heads outside, her blue eyes clouded. So she didn't have an answer- 'Well that sucks' -she said quietly to herself before shaking her head. It meant she'd be visiting again. Taking one last look over her shoulder she walked to the courtyard. She saw Val and placed a hand over her already bloody wrist...When she removed it the cut was gone- "Don't...Come back to Avalon with us. There are a lot of rich people there...You could make a killing, trust me. Just...Don't. Follow him if its what you really want, living is better than dying." -she didn't offer an explanation about her little speech, but pulling the borrowed saddle from Sakorski's back she placed upon it a bigger western riding saddle and straped the bags on before climbing up. She arranged her cloak carefully around her, then drew up her hood and turned to leave. She found Raigi quickly and led the way from the city. Northwestern towards the small connection between Eqypt and the far western reaches of the early Euro kingdoms. She started out at a walk, and then slowly sped up, hoping to make her way to the borders by nightfall- [/glow]

She only wanted to know what it felt like, she has already decided to stay in this world. She would not follow Djoser, if he wanted her to he would have to tell her. She smiled at Lana, offering her a smile, and a nod "Thank you Lana. YOu ahve been a great person to know. I might join you in Avalon some day, but not right now. See you" and with that she turned, off to do whatever she could find to do

[glow=white,2,300]Raigi came running up beside her and smiled playfully. "Off we go to home lands, far away from familiar sands! Fair thee well my dearest friends, and how do you do around every bend! It was all good while it lasted, but now we must go before night is cast!" he sang. He smiled at her and looked back one last time at the sandy and white marble city he had called home for the past 357 years. He saluted then continued on. "Tell me Lana...How old are you?" he asked quietly.[/glow]

[glow=CC0066,4,450]-she looks for him for a moment her blue eyes sizing him- "I'm old enough to marry" -she says simply, in truth she was just past marrying age, and very young for a rider who goes city to city...- [/glow]

[glow=white,2,300]Raigi nodded slowly, thoughtfully. "I, myself, am old enough to marry...But I haven't found the right girl, of my race. They are all too stuck up in Alexandria, yet they are servants to noblemen..." He sighed heavily. His brother always did tell him he would end up having to find a wife from another race, most likely an elven woman. He suddenly found that his feet were burning up. "Aiiiiyaaahhh!" he yelped, and leaped up, grabbing for something not there. He grumbled and his loud sharp whistle pierced the desert air. He stopped for a moment, as if waiting, jumping from foot to foot. Suddenly, an arabian horse came running towards them from behind out of the city. It's black coat glistened and shined with a red-gold tint, it's harness, though, was plain red leather with a little pouch hanging from its neck. Raigi leaped up and hugged the horse's neck as it came up to him. "Thank you for coming Inferno! I'm sure the Pharaoh will miss you sorely!" he said and leaped onto the stallion's back. He smiled at Lana, and had walk alongside her. "You know...I've seen a lot of foreign women come through Alexandria...all of them come to flirt with Djoser. But...none compare to your beauty." he said quietly, then tore his gaze from her to "focus" on the horizon.[/glow]

[glow=CC0066,4,450]-a slight blush creeps up onto her cheeks but its hidden by the hood, thankfully...After she feels her face go back to normal she pulls the hood down and looks at him for a moment...Wondering what exactly he meant by the little comment- "Thank-you..." -it was indeed only the second time she'd recieved such a comment, the first being from Djoser and she certainly hadn't reacted the same way either..She wondered what was so different about him that cause her to blush...-[/glow]

[glow=white,2,300]He struggled to keep looking forward. Why was it so hard for him? He started to glance back at her, then suddenly Inferno reared and let out a shrill whinny or annoyance. Raigi smirked at his friend and patted his shoulder. "Sorry my friend...er...I suppose I'll try to think of something different? Sorry, sorry, sorry..." he whispered. Inferno snorted and shook his head. He was obviously not convinced. Raigi wondered what his brothers would say now. He grinned at the thought. He shook his head and rode out in front of Lana, thinking it would make it a little better to stare at the horizon and not Lana. He smiled a little.[/glow]
