Nick nods once more in appreciation. "Thankyou... It's muchly appreciated by the both of us." As mention is made of the spare rooms he smiles and gives thanks again. He would have been more than happy to sleep in the stall with Autumn; he trusted her not to step on him but he didn't want to seem rude. He pats Autumn's neck and removes his cloak to dry her with, only to realize just how extremely soaked it is. He tosses his cloak atop a pile of straw and removes his shirt to start drying her with, despite the chilled air.

[shadow=maroon,left,300]-Ruby wanders absentmindedly around, though she is secretly searching for the horse. While wondering if this place has anything interesting to do, she searches for the stallion, smiling when she finds him, but frowning when she sees Dixon is with him, yet smiling once more when she sees he's busy. She sighs, wondering how Frost didn't get bored here, but then, she thinks with a slight smirk, she seemed to have found her own ways. She walks up, still dry after walking through the rain. Her skin is the palest of white, her ebony black, long, knee legth hair, giving her a very goth look, her deep deep red ruby eyes not helping at all. She smiles, her thin red lips pursed and walks over to Mauli, knickering softly so that only he can hear.-[/shadow]

[glow=yellow,2,300]-she looks the mare over again her thoughts racing, as if she heard the mare speaking...she had no trouble understanding most horses..They were especially easy...-
She can have Foxy's stall..
-she said finally, with some urging from her own horse..-
Her's is close to the biggest...I'll put Foxy in the back stalls..
-she ran a hand through her hair...of course it'd be a bit harder to sneak out for midnight rides, now that the man was going to be rooming here..But she'd manage...she offered the man a smile before disappearing into the tack room to go find her saddle and bridle-[/glow]

[glow=sienna,2,300]-Dixon didn't seem to realize the growing population in the barns. He rounded a corner and disappeared out of view, having work to do out bak. The black stallion paced around his stall, catching note of the new company. He trotted over to Ruby, poking his head out at her intelligently...-[/glow]

Nick tosses his now wet shirt atop his cloak which was draped across a pile of fresh straw. He smiles and nods a thank you to the girl, presumably the owner of Foxy. Taking gentle handfuls of Autumn'a dark main and wringing them out to dry her off as best he could, he waits for the girl to lead Foxy away before introducing Autumn into the stall. She wasn't used to such confinements, but this would have to do for awhile. As he lets the lead go, he pats her side and says "I'll be back in a tic..." before exiting, leaving the door open so Autumn wouldn't feel too confined. He jogs over to the area Dixon had pointed out, where evidentally there were some rooms. Stepping into what appeared to be an empty room, he studies it a moment before whisking the blanket off of the bed. Jogging back to Foxy's old stall, he steps through the open door and tosses the blanket over Autumn's back and whithers, hoping she was more than dry enough but worried she was chilled. Still leaving the door open, he goes to collect his shirt and cloak to hang them in 'his room,' then returns again to the stall. Finding a clean corner, he sits down in the straw, still shirtless and now with his arms crossed and the rest of him still pretty wet.

[glow=yellow,2,300]-she gives the mare a look over makes a 'tsking' sound and digs around in her trunk..she pulls out a bucket with assorted brushes, a towel and a blanket..she carries them to the stall and dumps them at the edge-
Here..I'll get some new stuff later..At least dry her out properly or she'll catch a cold..She's too far in right now to catch cold..
-she finishes with Foxy, gives him a smile waves, mounts and rides out-[/glow]

okay then... after that chaos at the wedding, we'll go with this:
Nick's last night response: *grabs brushes & things and works on Autumn, figuring out what most of the utensils were for*

[glow=sienna,2,300]-Dixon re-enters the barn, leading his black stallion, Mauli. He shoots Nick a quick look b4 disappearing into Mauli's stall. After a few minutes, he comes bak out, once more in his usual 'working' cloths. He comes up to Nick...- 'Yew ok?'[/glow]

[glow=yellow,2,300]-she re-enters also..looking quite pleased with whatever quick work she had put in before night could really fall...she dismounted once inside and walked Foxy to a stall further back and then pulled her saddle off she dropped it on the ground next to the stall then grabbing a halter quickly removed the rest of the mares tack...she tossed them on top of the saddle and then led Foxy into the stall...she settled the horse in, tossing her a bit of hay and walked up the aisle towards where Nick was...outside of the stall she opened up a trunk..and making quite a bit of noise dug through it..wanting to test Nick and also having to find the other blanket at the bottom for Foxy...she sighed heavily and continued to rummage-[/glow]
