[glow=red,2,300]~the crippled wolf is grateful for the soft terrain, soothing his 3 earthenbound paws. the deformed paw, curled under itself, tenses nervily, pain shooting to Graeboe's brain like ice. he collapses wearily on the ground, staring out into space. he wondered about his life...about this wolf pack he had joined...would they accept him like Cepheus did? If not, he would be forced back into living in caves with the bats. they were good company, but the language was hard, and they smelled pretty gangreenous=-

[glow=silver,2,300]-Cephues stalked forth besyde the fallen newcomer, seating himself silently. With a nod of confirmation at Dancer's 'greeting,' his greyish-silver eyes glanced down at Graeboe. He'd shown him the way onto the elven realms before allowing the stranger to continue his own ways, but kept following just incase help was needed...- 'We have a central den site in a cave not to far from here. Yew can probably meet most of the other Silver-Bullet pack members, and get some rest. The borders to my mate's division aren't to far either...-[/glow]

[glow=red,2,300]~he sighs and looks up at the femmora with tired eyes~ thank you, fair maiden. ~he directs his gaze to Cepheus, not moving his weary head, just his eyes~ Thank you, I should like to rest a little. ~he inhales deeply and stands, his legs cramped~ ~he gives a wry smile~ I think this from-hell paw of mine can make it to the dens, whichever packs' is closer.

[Most of the wolves are around this area, so yew and Boa can still get together  Yew're in different Sub-Division packs and yew're not suppose to cross the borders, but oh well. Rebel luv is fun ;D I'm too tired to post now, so yea. We should have the packs bak at the regular lands in a month or so...] |

He looked up, eyes falling on Ku; he relaxed. With another nod at Graeboe, he took a step forward...- 'It's alryte. She is a member of my mate's division...' -His eyes landed on Ku. Techinally, she was not suppose to be over the border. But he'd let it pass...-[/glow]

[glow=red,2,300]-=Ku watches them. she senses that she has been spotted. she watches their eyes. the younger male she had seen before, the older one...his eyes seemed so laden with sadness...it depressed her. she looked away=-[/glow]
[glow=red,2,300] ~Graeboe watches her peculiarly. She seemed a bit phased at the moment, perhaps she was scared. He trots over to her, slowly at first but gaining speed, almost tripping over his dead paw. He wags his scruffy tail~ Hello, m'lass. I am Graeboe...who are you? -=he embarassedly sat down, brushing his tail over his deformity and hiding it.=-[/glow]
-=she looked back up at the slate grey male. needless to say that she did not notice the faulty paw.=- I'm Ku...nice to meet you Graeboe. -=if not for her fur, she would be blushing=-

It means sky, I believe? -=as she nods, he brightens=- My friends the bats taught me the names like that. I've always been partial to the name Fish, myself. I forget what it means.[/glow]

~As she moved closer he hesitated, if she knew of his paw would she treat him the same way? He thought about this silently before deliberately swishing his tail away. the paw stood out, curled under itself. he tensed and waited for a response~
-=Ku sat for a moment, staring at the paw involuntarily. She could not help but grimace as she first lay eyes upon it. She quickly shut her maw, looking quickly back up at Graeboe's eyes. She now understood the pain contained within him.=- oh, Grae...I--
~Grae choked back his tears of frustration and humiliation~ What?! You What?! What do you say about my paw! I don't want your pity! ~he snapped at her~
-=the she-wolf leapt back a pace, startled at his anger. she immediately shot back=- I don't want to give you pity!! -=she then sat down again beside him, looking deeply into his eyes=- There is nothing to say of your paw, for it is only a paw, and as long as you keep your pride and do not ask for it, I doubt that you should recieve pity from any of these wolves.
~Graeboe stared, amazed by her vehemence. The tears, which he had held away for years, came again, in the form of joy~ Do...do you really think I can be as normal as these others? ~he was now very aware of how close she was sitting to him~[/glow]

Nightmare Bfore Xmas should do it. speakin of mean, ur cat is FROM HELL!!! i hate that thing!! he's not like my baby **pats Oreo**. okay, sum news ppl, i haven't been on lately bcause, DK may have told u, Luna, my dog, got hit by a car a few weeks ago. I haven't been on this site because of a matter of names. When i look at "lunar" i think of luna...so yea...i'm a bit over it now, but the red corvette that killed my baby mysteriously gained a dent in the front left door **holds up slingshot** wasnt me.))
