Playing with time...

Bwha. Okay. I know I'm screwed cuz yew guys have been waiting on me for a good two weeks now, and I know last time this happened it turned into a huge argument and the site came darn close to being no more, and I kno I said I'd reply a million times and I didn't, but...

This is what happens when yew RP for over 5 years with little time off and yew get addicted. The obsession slowly leaves.

Like right now. Even though I still have plenty of computer time with finals and regents exams and all, I'm just not in a RPing mood. At all. This war calls for planning and thinking, and if I just made up a quick post to satisfy yew guys without putting effort into it, there's no point.

I have one history test next week, and one final chemistry test the week after. Then I'm out for the summer. I won't make yew guys wait until then for a reply, but at least until next Wednesday when I'll have a good week of school off, is when I'll finally be able to sit down and work on a post.

Today I'm mostly at home, but in an overdose of laziness due to staying up all night reading Stephen King's Cujo as a Friday the 13th celebration [speaking of which, mwhaha! Be afraid...]. I'm gonna go walk the dog in a few, hang with my friend/neighbor Chelsea, and then supposedly go shopping with Michelle. Tomorrow I'm going into Flushing [20 mins by bus?] where I'm hanging with my best friend all day. Sunday I'm having what can be classified as close to as 'sweet 16' party for me as one can get. Will be busy all day. Monday I'm off again, but mom's home so computer time will be monitored. And Tuesday is my 3-hour state test -.-;

So yew get me? Good. What I suggest? Yew guys take a break from RPing as well. I mean, if yer that addicted and yew cannot stop for three days, then go right ahead, but I've been told I'm needed to forward the plots.

Time will be frozen; nothing drastic. It's a RPing world out there. Don't get mad at me; please. I doubt we'd be able to get through another argument unharmed. And last but not least...

Where's Becca? Haven't seen that bugar on in a while. Shall we call the k-9 search squad?

ok, well i could say a bunch of shit to reply to that, but i'm not going to, because it's not going to make a difference. we all have school and apparently it's not a good time to get touchy.

i don't want to be the only person who still visits every other day, but if nobody else is going to, it seems quite pointless.

But on the other hand, i don't want to close the site down for now, or even just pause everything, just b.c its the end of the year and we're getting lazy. Because i certainly know thats the case with most of us. Summer's coming and posting involves writing, which reminds us of school. So we sit. and pretend we're posting. but we're not. and everybody knows we're not. But we don't care.

So whatever. Apparently, I should take a hiatus from this site, but I can't. I can't stay away because that's what happens when you start to grow up with something. It just becomes a part of you. It's like you walking the dog every day at 5, rain or shine, and then suddenly somebody comes up to you and takes your dog away. You have nothing to do but sit there and miss it.

And i'm tired of missing things. So i can either sit here and rp with myself, or people can get active. Or, we can close WF down. It doesn't seem like the best alternative, but when one of the admins hasn't been online for weeks and the other is getting bored with the whole idea, I don't think that's a good idea to keep this up.

I still want to run this, but I can't rp without you guys. If we close it, then we close it and i vent through other stuff... music, drawing, poetry.. or writing fanfics of some sort. So yea. it's not my decision anymore. It's yours. If we don't get active soon, we can't keep this sharade up forever. We can't continue to keep this site up when nobody's visiting. It's just not right, to lie to ourselves like this. White Fyre is how good as we choose to make it, and if we choose to not get online, or post when we have the time, then thats our decision. But all decisions lead to somewhere and those kinds of decisions will lead to no site and broken friendships.

ok lyke i posted in the headers, I am extremely sorry that i havent been on. First I was in DC and there were no computers/phone jacks and I couldnt do anything anyway. The night i came baq i came home fell into bed and just slept. the next morning i was raiding the fridge for health food and i just avoided everything. then yeah...Sunday and the rest of last week i was caught up in friend/school related stuff and I just havent been able to sit down and use the comp

Alrite then. My huge 3-hour History test is over. Now I have 5 days of school-less-ness until my 3-hour long Chemistry test -.-; I'll be around here finally catching up to all the stuff I've neglected. Promise.

As for the site, I don't think we need to close. Too much has gone into this to just give it up. Once the war is over, things can return to normal and such a major posting activity won't be needed so we'll be able to enjoy rping while enjoying our summer vacation as well. Thing is, we sometimes need breaks. It's practically impossible to keep it going every single day nonstop, right?

So, I'm off to reply. Guys? Where do we go from here?
