[glow=red,2,300]long silky blonde hair and fair skin walked into the stables~ Hi Starr~she says to her horse, he nods his head as she strokes the center of his forehead where his horn used to be, she took some lotion out of her deerskin bag and rubbed it on his forehead~ There that should make you feel better. ~she gazed longingly at the horse he was still unicorn at heart and he yearned to run free but that was becoming harder every day, she wished somehow she could connect with him...~[/glow]

[glow=yellow,2,300]-Audrey walks into the stable...still a top her chestnut mare Foxy...she pats her neck and smiles...a crescent shaped pendent dangling from a silver chain...-
Good Job Foxy...We'll be ready for the trials later on...
-she swings over the saddle and dismounts, immediatley loosening the girth..-

-she says noticing the other girl, she slips off her gloves and leads Foxy towards the end, seeming to be having an animated conversation..It also seemed that Foxy was replying...-[/glow]

cont.d~>[glow=red,2,300]~decides to take her chances~ Hi, I'm Erlee. I'm from...well, I just moved here recently. This is Starr ~points to Starrs head poking out of stall~ Do you know what unicorns are? Well, Starr was one. He was caught by hunters and they cut off his horn, and somehow he survived. I found him on the run and I took him in to help nurse him back to health. It is my belief that the hunters are still looking for him and I'm trying to turn him into a riding horse so hell look inconspicuous. The only problem is he's very stubborn and I find I can't "connect" with him as I had hope. When I go up to him I see fear in his eyes. Can you help me slowly earn his trust?[/glow]

[glow=yellow,2,300]-she stops brushing and looks to Starr...then bropping her brush in a bucket she slowly walks in his direction...when Foxy tries to follow her she turns her eyes flashing-
Stay Foxy
-Foxy snorts and stamps her foot but stays, even without crossties looking sullen and trying to look uncared for...Audrey laughs-
Your pathetic..I'll be right back..
-she aprrouches the unicorns stall quietly and nickers softly...she watches and tries to speak to him/her only to be turned down..she turns away and returns to Erlee and Foxy-
Well, I've heard of unicorns, and even studied them closely, but I've never seen one survive without its horn..And they're all really stubborn..They're above Elven Society, always have been...Our magic isn't as strong nor as long lasting as theirs is..I can try to get this one to trust you..But I'm afraid he might not want to submit..You'll have to show him that you only want to help and then track down the hunters to get his horn back...Can you talk to horses?

And I mean that in the way that you ask them something and they reply and you can understand that reply...Because alot of people think I just mean "Oh yrah I have one ended conversations all the time" and laugh..But I have conversations all the time with all types of horses...[/glow]

[glow=red,2,300]Erlee looks at Starr with longing in her eyes. She truly wants to help him, but he won't let her. She felt so sorry for him and all he's gone through. He is such a sweet and gentle animal, why would anyone want to hurt him? She could see the fire in his eyes of want for his horn. It was almost identical to the fire in Audrey's eyes. She knew what she must do. "Audrey, will you-" Foxy snorted. "and Foxy help me earn Starr's trust and find his horn?" She knew it was a big task but she also knew it must be done to help this wonderful animal. He didn't deserve to be locked up the rest of his long life.[/glow]

I don't know...We have trials coming up...And I'm returning to our manor at the end of the month...I just...I'm not sure...
-she looked away..she needed to see how set the girl was, but also she couldn't just say yes...She needed permission to use her magic to help a mythical being, she needed his permission and the permission of her elders...And then release from her duties in court...Just the whole long starting part was enough to unpersuade her..-[/glow]

[glow=red,2,300]-sensing her troubles Erlee conjured up a pendant with a long thread on it and a ruby in the shape of a unicorn, she presented it to Audrey- Here, take this as a token of my appreciation for even considering the idea. I know its farfetched but I would really like to see Starr happy again. -hears a voice- Can you get me my horn back? -she looks at Starr and she swears he winked back at her, then she looked at Audrey to see if she heard it too...-[/glow]
