[glow=red,2,300]~ Once again Grae felt her warm fur against his. he sighed, not knowing what to do. he allowed her to stay like that, though it made him feel strangely. he knew that Ku thought that he was strong, but he knew better. Spending years in a bat cave ((holy bagels bat man!)) hadn't brought him closer to society. he longed to tell her that he wanted to spend his life with her...but knew that it would have to wait...he occupied himself by fixing his eyes on Lunar. he had never seen her before, but she gave off a certain aura that marked her as alpha.~[/glow]

[glow=purple,2,300]-her eyes swept around her pack again, now they were all here. All except for the few that had disappeared for war fare before winter, or those who'd stayed behind and perished. She wondered breifly if Aurora and her son were still alive, how she wished she could take back her words from so long ago. Then she could have went back, gotten them both..saved them, now she didn't know if they were alive..She knew from the look of Peril's face that he was resenting the fact that they'd made her an omega, lowest of lows. Sighing softly she met the eyes of her other pack members, reading the new information of the ones that she knew, reading the souls of the ones that she didn't. Her eyes finally landed on Frost, and she smiled. How she'd missed her 'daughter' it would be nice to have everyone back home again. Though she knew what was coming, one look at Cepheus had told her. But she wanted to hear it before she believed it-[/glow]
[glow=goldenrod,2,300]-he returned Grace's nuzzle and his tail swept the gound several times upon seeing her- Nothing yet..Something's wrong though, everyone's too tense...This should be a happy occasion. -he sighs, he'd been waiting for the winter to end, so that he could make the pass through to get back. He'd made the mistake of crossing a mountain range, easily crossed at the beginning of winter, but in the high mountains it'd snowed almost continually and he'd taken the long way home, costing him valuable time and such. But he was back, and here were his mate and children. he happily waited whatever news of home he could get, already picturing the blue lake that he'd spent his childhood around. The council area where his parents had led him multiple times. And then another thought crossed his mind, what of Midnight. She'd disappeared several months before winter...With MoonFire, but there was no sign of any of them. He let out a large sigh, he could guess that his mother was dead. How devasted his father would be-[/glow]

[And. Finally. Part 2]
[glow=chocolate,2,300]~Vision growled playfully as Kiona brought them down, quickly rolling to her feet and dodging a pair of stranger wolves as she made her way back to her family. Ramming into her young sister, she made sure to push her to the ground; a bit forceful but still playful…~ ‘Ya booger! Don’t do that again!’ ~She stated, only being able to keep serious for a moment or two before giggling and turning to Bri…~ ‘Well, duh he’s here now, Bri. But he shouldn’t run off like that! It ain’t fair to the rest of us who gotta be stuck with the adults, ya kno?’ ~Her voice ran just under a whisper as she wagged her tail at her parents, soon before straightening up again and looking ‘obedient…’~[/glow]
[glow=lightsteelblue,2,300]-Ebony waited to hear GW out, replying with a slight nod as his watery-bloo eyes kept track of everything…- ‘Something tells me this meeting’s not gonna be fun. But it’s important. And I haven’t seen some of my family for months now. It’s nice seeing the pack together. We’re all going home very soon. I’m glad ya came…’ –He stated, turning to her with a slight smile b4 quickly turning away; not wanting her to see any traces of nervousness…- [/glow]
[glow=darkgoldenrod,2,300]-Static smiled softly at his sister’s welcome, giving her a light ‘nudge’ back before straightening up. They’d have time to talk later. As of now, things didn’t look too good. He had barely kept up with his pack’s wellbeing after he’d left, but trouble was evident now. And if the rumors of his ‘evil’ brother were true, they were in for a long and deadly fight…-[/glow]
[Ahem. Ok. Crystal not here. Yeaaa…]
[glow=white,2,300]~The snowy white and randomly brown furred wolf let herself maneuver through the crowds, finally finding an empty spot by a few unknown wolves. Melody’s eyes locked with her mother’s for a bit and she smiled, watching her playfully greet her brother, Static, as if they were both still pups. Speaking of siblings, Mel did another sweep of the area. She didn’t expect to see Blaze here in a million years, but Crystal. That much she’d hoped for…~ [/glow]
[glow=chocolate,2,300]~Grace smiled at Deletico but couldn’t help but notice the worry in his eyes. Not pushing with any questions, she sat by his side and nodded…~ ‘Yes. A happy time it should be. Must be serious if it’s changing the pack’s mood…’ ~She added her own two cents in, her chocolate eyes wandering to the pups and resisting the urge to tell’m to ‘hush and behave…’~[/glow]

[And. Due to evil typing limits. Part 3. I'm done...] [glow=silver,2,300]-Cepheus’ warm, yet business-like grayish eyes watched carefully as members piled in, nodding to Pryde upon hearing the tension in the alpha male’s voice. Finally, with Lunar’s request to start, the wait was over. Now was a good a time as any to begin. Giving his mate another quick nuzzle, he stood up from his place on the rock formation and took a few steps forward; onto a ledge-like peak that towered a few feet over the whole pack [Can ya say pride-rock? ]. He stood, tall and proud, and totally in silence; his long winter-turning-spring coat ruffling in the wind as his fellow packmembers slowly acknowledged his presence and hushed down. Within mere seconds, all was silent, not counting the low roaring of the valley wind and the random cries of the grassland creatures. Cepheus nodded to the alphas, signaling the start of the meeting. It was time to talk; for the truth shall set yew free…- ‘Greetings. Lunar. Pryde. Family, friends. Fellow pack members. It has been months since we’ve all last been together, and months since many of us have seen our families and loved ones. After the harsh winter we have endured, the time is fast approaching when we shall be allowed back home. For this, many of us might be pleased. But the truth has to come out. Our lands, once free and blissful, are no more safe. Life won’t be the same, and few of yew kno the extensity of the situation. So I shall get down to the hard business first, and bid yew all time to think the events through while we discuss the minor troubles later on…’ –The beta male stopped for a breath, scanning the silent group of wolves before going on; down to the dirty business…- ‘Even before the winter weather struck, evil was building under our noses. NightBlade,’ –Again he halted, turning to look over at Frost and Static as to recognize their brother before going on…- ‘, the eldest son of our late CrystalMoon and Force, had been stirring up trouble that many of us paid little attention to. Over our absence in the winter months, NB started his own pack of rebelic creatures both from our lands and from those afar. Now, according to sources that had went to the WhiteFyre lands to scout the past few weeks, this pack of his is growing fast in both magic, brute power, and numbers. Although this doesn’t exactly surprise us, it doesn’t give us much of a choice toward our next steps. This pack. They call themselves the ShadowLanders. And they’ve declared a war against us. And we’ve been forced to take the challenge if we wish to keep our place at WhiteFyre’s land…’ –His voice died down at that, knowing very well that this was enuff information for the pack members to put the pieces together and figure out what was going on. Now, with a final look at everyone, he turned and walked back to his place, giving his son, Spirit, a nod of encouragement to go on. It was his turn to talk in front of the pack…-[/glow]
[glow=white,2,300]-Spirit sat silently and watched his father address the pack, his eyes randomly darting from wolf to wolf to keep up with their reactions. The moment his father’s voice halted, his eyes snapped upward and met Cepheus’. As the lead scout who’d gone back to the WF lands, Spirit had the best first-hand report of what was going on. And instead of passing the information to his parents for them to present, his father had urged him to do so in person. Practice he’d called it. For one day when he’d might take over. Spirit nodded back, eyeing the alphas momentarily and wondering if they’d accept his ‘stepping up and speaking’ in front of the pack. His eyes wandered to his mother. Then his brother. And finally back to his father. He had nothing to lose. Standing, he took a few easy steps toward the higher rock formation, and seated himself near the edge, looking out to the pack and offering a moment of silence before starting off…- ‘NightBlade was underestimated by our pack. He could just as easily have been stopped for good when he stirred up the slightest bit of trouble over a year ago. Now, our retreat into the Elf Realm gave him the boost he needed to put all his notorious plans to action. For nearly half a year, he’s studied our deserted lands; planning and plotting each step on the road to victory when the war he knew we’d fight in came. We are due back, as a pack, in a manner of days. Our best guess is that we’ll have a week. Two. Three at the most before all his allies in this fight have been grouped together and he attacks. In what little time we have before the strike, our best magical users will be asked to go secure the borders. The land was greatly damaged in the winter storms, and it must be restored to its former state if we wish to stand a chance against NB’s forces. When we return, yew are encouraged to stay in groups and never let yewr guard down. The ShadowLanders are resistant to passing into our borders but they have done so. And they are not afraid of us. They know us better then we know them. So, as of now, they have the advantage…’ –His grayish-black eyes blinked once, and he stopped talking, having said all that was needed to. Standing, and turning away from the ledge, he bowed his head to the alphas telling them that the ‘stage’ was all theirs now. Taking his place by the rock base, he sat and watched on…- [/glow]
[glow=gray,2,300]-Amaroq heard the words that were said, but his mind was elsewhere. His black-tinted eyes had locked on Deletico and his family, and he finally decided that he should tell. Tell the wolf of the news about his family. It was only fair. He’d been the first, and one of the only, to know. And he wasn’t even family. Not really. With a sigh, he stood and rounded past the groups of silent wolves, making his way toward Deletico. Once within reasonable space, Amaroq halted and stop…- ‘During one of my visits to our homelands, MoonFire met with Wonder and myself. She told us that yewr sister, Destiny, and yewr brother, Diablo, had been killed upon the journey they took. I am not sure as to what extent, to trust the information, but I just thought yew’d like to know…’ –With that said, he turned away and sat silently near a tree, his eyes locked on the alpha and beta pairs a few yards away. His work was done…-[/glow]
[Now, don’t mind this. It’s a working plot…]
[glow=gray,2,300]-A wary pair of bicolored muddy-brown and midnyte-bloo eyes watched the large wolf pack as the meeting progresses. Silence was all around, yet trouble was in the air. A glossy-black nose twitched as a slight breeze ruffled the bushes from where a creature stood and watched. His target. The one he was looking for. She was not here. But he had to keep hoping. So he waited. Watched. Listened. Unseen…-[/glow][Ahem. I have about half a dozen left to bring in, but that’s all plotted out for my next post No! I do not have too many characters! I object to any and all claims that I have obsessive issues and I need help. Arff >.<]

[glow=goldenrod,2,300]-he face pales visibly and he stares at Amaroq for a moment, shaking slightly...he knew Amaroq was the mate to his sister Destiny, he'd lost just as he had..But somehow it seemed different, he'd thought that his siblings would have been safe in MoonFire's care..now...Tears sprang lightly to his eyes, and turning slightly he hid his face from the pack while composing himself..when he finally looks up, his eyes are hardened against tears...it wasn't the first time he'd lost and it wouldn't be the last. Sighing deeply he leans gently on his mate and waits for Lunar-[/glow]
-Golddust remains where he is, tears rolling freely down his face. Just like that his children had been killed, two of them were dead. And he'd done nothing to prevent it, how could he have been so stupid? He pays close attention to his neice, the alpha, but his mind is split in two, what of his mate? Amaroq had not mentioned her. Did that mean that she lived on despite the fact that their children lay dead..He could but hope with little strength that this was so-
[glow=purple,2,300]-She listens, and waits several moments for the pack to take in the information before standing. She rose slowly, this information weighing down her thoughts. Walking up the rock slowly she sat on the edge..she looked at her pack, her eyes seeming to read the visions. She listens to Amaroq's speech to Deletico and her heart goes out to the three males who were going through the ordeal of losing loved ones. She looked directly at Golddust her eyes taking in the details before finally speaking- I'm greatly sorry to report that SilverMoon, Misty's only daughter won't be returning with us. This means that we shall never have another warm winter, but they will not be dangerous. Snow will fall, ice will form but not in the degree that was the reason we left. I'm sorry that we will be returning to bloodshed, but to give up the lands without a fight would mean to live here, on someone elses charity. We don't want that, the game here is split between us and the elves, back home the game is ours. We will be in council many times over the first week of our return, planning our own strategies, but sadly, as Cepheus stated, we are on the downside right now. It will take a good deal of spying and alot of information gathering before we are truly ready to fight this war...If anyone wishes to speak..I invite them to do so now -she steps down...sitting down next to Pryde and leaning gently on him...her eyes blink several times...she waits...-[/glow]

[glow=peru,7,300]Suck up... -He mutters just loud enough for Vision to hear, grinning smugly, knowing she could do nothing right under their parents eyes. He enjoys himself-[/glow]
[glow=white,2,300]-He stands strong, taking in all the information. They had lost two of their warriors and they were going back into their land face first into war. He stands strong, letting Lunar lean on him, though inside he feels just as helpless as she. But he reminds himself not to show it. If he was strong, then their pack would at least gain some moral. But if he acted as though hope was out of their grasp, then his pack would have no will to continue. He sighs deeply- This will be difficult, but we will overcome it. We will overcome this. We have lasted through thick and thin, we shall not perish at the hands of a rebel pack. Remind yourselves that we have the allies. The gryphons, the centuars, the pegasi. The one thing we have right now is hope. Do not loose it, for without our hope, we are as low as they -he says, turning to Ceph and Spirit, hoping they'd get it and not point out how hopeless it does indeed look...-[/glow]
-She edges forward, dying to hear more. She leaves the confort of the dark forest, and comes to the edge of the greens. She had heard the just of what Cepheus had said, and she knew nobody would be paying attension to her now; thus it seemed safe enough to advance closer, out of the thick brush, closer so she could hear more accuratly, unkowing to the eyes watching from the forest she just emerged from-
[shadow=goldenrod,left,300]-The puppy which came from her earlier is gone. She no longer chews on her brothers ear, or bats him playfully with her small paw. She looks short of horrified. Their own brother, the one who'd helped her through the human realm, was waging war against them. Though, his eventual goal was no doubt to defeat Lunar and Pryde and take over the remaining pack members, she was sure he would try to dispose of Static and herself first, finish old business. She hits herself mentally. She had let him get away. But then, she reminds herself, she wasn't exactly in a position to stop him from going. He had left the night she had given birth to Blaze and the Twins. She sighs. Not only would NB kill her, but he would kill the unbourn as well. She shudders as she realizes that would meerly make it all the more while for him. She continues the shake uncontrollably, thinking over and over again of what happened if she did die, left Tobias with unbourn children, and only one of his older children in his realm. Possibly none...-[/shadow]
[glow=brown,2,300]-Her face drops. She had been looking forward to going back to their lands. She had planned, first thing there, to search the land, send scouts out to every far point of their land and some beyond, to search for Adrian. She felt awful about leaving her daughter behind, and she had been hitting herself mentally ever since they had recieved word that Aurora was found dead. She had always kept hope that she would still be able to find Adrian, make it up to her daughter, raise him into their pack, even though he was different. She had always told herself it was the least she could do. But if NB's rebel's had already gone into their territory, the pup could by no means still be alive. If hunger had no killed him, he would have died at the claw of his own blood relitive. She shudders, her face long and creastfallen-[/glow]

(Holy Mother of Juan Valdez(don't ask) that's alot of typing DK!)
[glow=silver,2,300]-GW nods slightly listening to Ebony but then pays attention as the meeting starts. As it continues she stares at the ground taking in every word. This war wouldn't affect her as much as others who had families to protect and care for. Yet in the pit of her stomach there was a slight feeling of regret of venturing into the packlands those months ago and joining the pack. The few days she was there before the pack moved into the elven lands she was nearly killed and now when they are finally allowed back into their land which should be a joyful time they'll be on the brink of war, she sighed and hoped that in the end that it would be worth it..-[/glow]

[glow=brown,2,300]-a rasping breath creeps in, and out of the shadows staggers a mahogany and cream brute, leaden paws trudging the ground. the first thing noticeable about him are his glassy blue eyes. besides their odd coloring, they totally betray his age. he is only a few years old, but his tired eyes are care-worn and lined with worry. his body seems to drag from the immense weight of the world which he carried upon his shoulders. he stops, looking at Lunar with drowsiness.- Lady Alpha...-he makes a slight bow, all he could do with his weak body-...I am Omen from the Nomadic Souls Wolf Haven. I offer my 'pack's' services to aid you in ...-his voice goes blank, glancing around swiftly- your battle ahead. Yes, I know of your troubles. I know of everyone's troubles. But that is beside the point -he draws a deep breath- my pack is small, but we are of great courage and valor. I offer my pack's aid do you. [/glow]

[glow=purple,2,300]-she smiles softly and transfers a bit of healing power to him...it would allow him to heal faster while he sat, but it would return to her within the hour..It was a permanent gift, she rarely gave such gifts nowadays..But then, she needed her magick for the upcoming war, the war that would decide her packs future. Her future...She closes her eyes breifly..feeling slightly sick as she thought of how much depended on the defeat of Pryde's brothers pack. She did not look forward to the confrontation that would happen..Alpha versus alpha..it would be either her and nightblade, or Pryde and Nightblade...either way it would be a battle to the death-[/glow]

[glow=red,2,300] -Omen's body gave a slight tremble, as her feelings were inflicted upon him as was the healing. he turns his head to stare her full in the face, his unrealistic glassy eyes were pained. he spoke to her through these eyes, no words, but expressed with emotion.- 'I know what it is you fear, Lady Lunar. I always feel other's emotions, but when you transferred that healing, my sense grew stronger. I can only tell you that your fate can be changed, it has not been decided as of yet.' -the message is broken as he blinks- '...With my cursed eyes I see what may be in the future, but it does not have to be so.' -he did not add to the message what he /did/ see in his vision: the lands crimson with blood, dank grey smoke swelling in the black sky, and the scavengers of the world picking off of the carcasses of warriors from both sides...- 'I pray for us all.' -with a sense of guilt he stared at the ground, trying as he might to keep his eyes open and the terrible thoughts away-[/glow]

I'm back, as promised. However, in a hurry... bare with me I hate doing this, but here's three chars in one post... Mitul walks along, shoulder to shoulder with a much larger Ra than one might have seen months ago. The blind pup had grown into a nearly full grown yearling, still tawny gold in color, and still blind. He'd learned much from Mitul in all the time they'd been together; the three legged older grey male wasn't like a father to him; he -was- a father to him. Now, with the help of Rhia and Honor, he had grown accustomed to the ways of the magic users and hoped to become one himself. His visions still came, but now that he'd learned how to handle them, they weren't nearly as frightening. Many were still false, but he'd grown accustomed to them. Mitul hadn't seeed to age a day; his shaggy grey fur still hung over his body, an occassional mat here & there but nothing to be alarmed of. He didn't rely on magic and he didn't fully understand it, but he accepted it as a way of life for the others, and hopefully for Ra. Rhia had changed since her arrival; she had full faith in magic and in her dearest Honor. Now at full height, the black, somewhat well rounded, femme walked slowly in front of the other two, looking for Honor. Upon spotting him, she smiles and leads Mitul & Ra to greet him. It would be a happy reunion for only a few hours of being apart.

[glow=beige,3,300]-Honor's black-tinted ears twitched as a familiar scent entered his nostrils. He'd been deep in thought due to the news that had just been broken, but now, his attention was fully elsewhere. Standing, his dusky-chestnut eyes scanned the crowds until they fell on a black shewolf, followed by two others. His tail wagged instantly as he disappeared into the air, only to reappear seconds later by Rhia, finding teleportation easier then walking past the whole pack...- 'Looking for me?' -He asked with a hint of playfulness as he nuzzled the one wolfess who'd stolen his heart. His gaze caught onto Mitul and Ra, and he barked a greeting to them as well...-[/glow]
[glow=lightsteelblue,3,300]-Ebony swallowed the knot in his throat as he looked from wolf to wolf; the news had been greater then he'd expected. His water-bloo eyes filled with worry and anger. How was this happening? He'd heard of the war that had taken both his grandparents years before he was even born. He never thought anything so serious would repeat itself. He was wrong. As if reading GW's mind, he turned and nudged her on the shoulder slightly...- 'It's ok GW. We're all gonna be in it together...' -He stated plainly, his voice calm yet a hint of fear was evident. He really didn't know what would happen. No one did...-[/glow]
[glow=brown,2,300]~The young alpha daughter watched the conversation between her mother and the stranger with curiousity; reminding silent and thoughtful as she digested the war news at the same time. Once the alpha and the male wolf where done, she scooted closer to this 'Omen' and spoke up...~ 'What business do yew have with my mother and my pack, mister?' ~Sage asked politely, yet the hint of danger and cautiousness was in her tone. Now more then ever, she'd have to take some responsibility in helping the pack, even though her brother Ghost was next in line for alpha-ship. That's not what she cared about. She loved her pack; the power was useless without family ties...~[/glow]
[glow=silver,3,300]-Cepheus sighed as he watched the pack members discuss the news amongst themselves, his worried eyes turning to his mate...- 'Yew alrite, Earth? -He asked, nuzzling her again now that business was taken care of. They could go home finally, and enjoy what little time they had before the war started. Then, it would be anything but enjoyable. And for a long, long time...-[/glow]
[glow=darkgoldenrod,1,300]-Static sat in silence as he thought the situation over. So NB had finally made his move. And he and Frost would surely be the first on their rebel brother's list. With a sigh he turned to Frost to see how she was handling the news, and her clear shaking and pale look snapped him to full brotherly!mode attention. Stepping closer to her, he gave her a loving nuzzle and stood by her side...- 'Frost. Don't break down on me now. It's gonna be alrite. We're gonna get through this together. Just as we've always had. NightBlade won't hurt yew. Not while I'm around...' -He smiled warmly as he looked up to Pryde and Lunar; his adoptive parents. They hadn't expected this much from NB; that was clear now. They were in for a big war. Static knew all too well of his brother's powers. Ever since his childhood was ruined by NB nearly a year ago. He knew, and he would not let it happen again...-[/glow]
[glow=gray,2,300]-The wolf-dog's bicolored eyes locked onto the wolfess whom appeared a few feet away from him; his ears perked and the fur along his back rising as he crouched down lower. He could not be uncovered. Now now. He'd know not what to do. He was greatly outnumbered, and if this pack learned of his identity, he'd be dead. Someone had told him that once. That dogs and wolves could not mix. Not anymore. Not like it'd been once. Long ago when dogs and wolves were one. It was different now. And he'd remember that. Now that the one whom he loved was gone...-[/glow]
